is aware of and accepts its commitment to quality and to the environmental requirements of its activities. Therefore, Management establishes the following management principles:

  • Satisfying the expectations of our customers and stakeholders in all matters relating to the performance of our activities, ensuring transparent communication and addressing their possible environmental impact.
  • Using it as a framework for establishing and reviewing strategic objectives in quality and environmental matters, defined within the scope, as the basis for the continuous improvement of its activities, aimed at optimizing logistics processes and reducing the environmental impact of our packaging.
  • Maintaining communication, both internally and with customers, public authorities and other stakeholders, regarding all elements of the Management System.
  • Protecting the environment by minimizing significant negative impacts, with a special focus on the life-cycle perspective of our products, promoting the use of recyclable, biodegradable or compostable materials.
  • Complying with legal requirements for quality, food safety and sustainability, the commitments made to customers and all regulations applicable to our activity.
  • Promoting energy savings and the responsible management of all waste generated, prioritizing recycling through authorized waste managers and optimizing our routes to reduce the carbon footprint.
  • Assessing and ensuring the technical competence of personnel, encouraging appropriate training and motivation so that they understand their direct contribution to the effectiveness of the system and to product safety, and acting proactively through the ongoing assessment of risks and opportunities, ensuring that the Management System is preventive.
  • Ensuring the proper condition of the facilities and appropriate equipment so that they correspond to the organization’s activity and objectives.
  • Ensuring the proper condition of the facilities and equipment, basing decision-making on the analysis of indicators for each significant process, defining in each specific case the actions to be taken in light of the results obtained and those expected.

These principles are adopted by Management, which ensures that it has the necessary resources for their fulfillment, setting them out and making them publicly known through this Policy.

The approval of this Quality and Environmental Policy means that all persons and areas mentioned throughout the IMS documentation have the responsibility and obligation to carry out the activities assigned to them.
